Then click here, or on the picture below to download the current version of the remote support software to your PC. If you are asked to save or open the downloaded file, select to open the file. Else, save the file to your hard drive and start the application from there.
Possibly you may received several warnings that you are downloading a program from the internet - in this case allow the program to be downloaded and run accordingly.
When the program starts, you will see the following screen:
Tell your selected support partner ID indicated in the dialog to start a session. The connection will then be initiated -- this can take several seconds.
